Did you know that a fit body can be attained thru the simplest of means. Walking to work or the kids to school, taking the stairs, even a little dancing around the house. Yes I do this all the time! Actually did a little uptown funk number this morning. I find that people feel like they are not doing enough unless they are hitting the gym 3-4 times a week for hour long sessions. However, this is not the case, get out there and find something you love and just move!
