Super Food & Super Salads

Join me for my introductory workshop! Enjoy a mini retreat for your mind and body, Watch how to make some delicious healthy salads chock full of super foods. Learn about how different super foods interact with our bodies and how to store salads so you have a grab and go lunch when you need it. We will also delight your mind with some easy to learn mediation and a self love building exercise. You'll leave feeling energized and with some recipes for Spring in your pocket!

Class is $100 per person with 10% going to charity. This months proceeds will benefit Pink Lotus Petals a nonprofit that provides breast cancer screening and treatment to poverty stricken women right here in Los Angeles. 

Payment must be received to hold your spot in class. Cancellations must be made by Monday April 4, in order to receive a full refund.
